American Airlines has partnered with Lingokids as part of ongoing efforts to enhance its more than 1,500 hours of curated inflight entertainment. Also, via Audible, American is making the first five chapters of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone available to passengers.
Starting in December, American will be the only U.S.-based airline to offer Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone for passengers to listen to during flights.
The airline’s partnership with Audible began in 2024, offering a broad selection of subject matter. Options include audiobooks on self-help and meditation guides.
The new partnership with Lingokids adds a fresh layer of fun and learning for children up to eight years old.
Through songs, stories and games, Lingokids engages youngsters’ curiosity, creativity and early language skills.
With 10 hours of series, songs and craft videos to choose from, children will be able to view fun, safe and educational content.
Additionally, American’s new Bravo channel means customers can now enjoy their favourite reality shows, from culinary competitions to drama-filled reunions.
Top Chef, Real Housewives and Below Deck are among the series available.
Available on seatback screens or on personal electronic devices, passengers can view the full entertainment lineup ahead of boarding their flight.
