AmberSky 2025 will be held from February 18 to 20 and will return to the same venue, the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvia in Riga.
AmberSky is an independent retail-focused event that offers airlines a one-stop platform to explore innovative solutions for onboard services and gain insights into strategies for executing their vision.
Suppliers already registered to attend the 2025 event include Bottega, Carlsberg Group, Garcia Carrion, Hanse Distribution, Heinemann, LSG Sky Chefs and QiZiNi. The number of suppliers looks set to match the total number of airlines participating.
As with last year’s event, each airline can bring up to four cabin crew members to AmberSky. The event features a three-day sales and service training for cabin crew, culminating in a gala dinner and awards night. Cabin crew members will have the chance to win awards across multiple categories.
“After last year’s success, we expect 30 airlines to attend the event. The geography of the event also expanded, this February we will welcome North American and African carriers, whereas last year it was all about Europe,” says Aleksejs Romanovs, a member of the AmberSky organising committee.
“AmberSky is devoted to onboard retail. This time, to make it more holistic for airlines, we have also included traditional catering topics, patronised by LSG Sky Chefs. This is because at least half of the airline delegates who attended AmberSky 2024 were also responsible for traditional catering,” he continued and explained that suppliers and airlines still have time to register to attend.
