Oryx Desert Salt sachets are now available onboard JetBlue flights in the US.
Sourced from an underground salt lake in the Kalahari Desert, Oryx salt is made from 100% saturated brine water. It is then drawn up onto a 50km2 salt pan and sun dried in Africa.
The salt is renewable, unrefined and free from additives. Oryx salt is also Halal- and Kosher- and B Corp-certified.
Its specially designed ceramic grind mechanism is free from plastic and lasts for 20 refills or more.
A portion of the salt brand’s monthly profits are donated to the !Xaus Lodge in Transfrontier Park, which contributes to the sustainable development of the Khomani San and Mier people indigenous to the area.
