GraVo Beteiligungsgesellschaft has acquired German manufacturers WAREG Verpackungs and COOLIKE-Regnery, expanding its contract manufacturing capabilities in wet wipes, hygiene products and flexible packaging.
WAREG specialises in contract filling and packaging for the cosmetics, personal care and hygiene sectors, while COOLIKE develops and manufactures wet wipes for applications including travel, hospitality and personal care.
Klaus Grabowsky, Managing Director of GraVo Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH said: “With WAREG and COOLIKE, we are acquiring two companies with extensive experience, established customer relationships, and highly attractive production capabilities. Together, we are creating an exceptionally broad range of services – from product concept and formulation development through manufacturing and filling to packaging and market launch.”
GraVo also said the acquisition will enable customers to source product development, manufacturing, filling and packaging through a single supplier, with an expanded range of formats including sachets, flow packs and wet wipes.
