The 2025 APEX/IFSA Global EXPO is set to take place from September 9-11 at Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.
More than 15 curated thought leadership sessions, attendees will gain insights into the latest industry trends, including the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in delivering smarter, more personalised and more efficient journeys.
This year’s lineup of speakers includes CEOs from United Airlines, Fiji Airways, flyadeal, Ethiopian Airlines, Air India and EL AL Israel Airlines.
The event will emphasise cross-industry collaboration, bringing together leaders across technology, content, connectivity, catering and design to share solutions and dialogue that move the industry forward.
This year’s show floor will debut the APEX FTE Passenger Experience of the Future Showcase, a new immersive experience located at the heart of the co-located APEX and FTE show floors.
Designed to give attendees a hands-on look at next-generation technologies that are actively shaping the future of air travel, the showcase offers a dynamic walk-through of the passenger journey across four key touchpoints: pre-travel, airport, inflight and arrival.
The 2025 exhibitors represent the spectrum of the airline passenger experience. Notable returnees include Amazon Project Kuiper, Walt Disney, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. Discovery, Sony, NBC Universal and the BBC. All will be showcasing the future of inflight content and entertainment.
AMI Group, McGuire and Associates, HACO, DFMi, gategroup, Michael J. Devine and Associates and Direct Foods will be among the returning exhibitors on the food and beverage side.
Returning amenity providers include Formia, Kaelis, John Horsfall and Son, Global Inflight Products, Wessco, Linstol, Procurall and Gispol.
New exhibitors on the IFSA show floor will include Swedish Candy Group, Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits, Mission Craft Cocktails, Borenstein Caterers, Partake Foods, Twinings of London, Socorro Tequila and PreGel America.
The show floor will feature exhibitors in every major category supporting the end-to-end onboard experience, including food and beverage manufacturers, amenity kit vendors, connectivity providers, content distributors and service providers, hardware manufacturers, interior suppliers, media and market insight firms, as well as software and systems developers.
