Onboard Hospitality editor, Julie Baxter, will get the ball rolling with an in-depth interview with Sarah Klatt-Walsh, now an independent inflight consultant, with over 30 years’ in the inflight industry. Sarah has created numerous culinary, hospitality, cabin and sustainability concepts over the years including the SWISS Taste of Switzerland programme which is still flying today. She started her career with Gate Gourmet and has worked for Swissair, SWISS and British Airways, served on several industry Boards and Judging Panels and is a past winner of the Onboard Hospitality Lifetime Achievement Award. She will share her views on the current Covid-crisis and its impact on the future of inflight catering.
