Purchasing and Stores Manager
Reporting directly to the COO, the Purchasing Manager will be responsible in developing and implementing purchasing and warehousing strategies and policies, negotiation and administration of purchasing contracts and management of warehouse and inventory ensuring supply availability in compliance to international standards.

Pastry/Bakery Chef
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Pastry/Bakery Chef will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the pastry/bakery kitchen ensuring compliance to customer and HACCP requirements.

The qualified candidate must possess approximately 5 years hands on experience preferably in the airline catering industry, be team oriented with the ability to work independently and the ability to act with a sense of urgency. Must possess the ability to coordinate all activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of operations. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential. Must be able to train subordinates; HACCP experience is an advantage.

About the role
The positions will be involved with exciting challenge to start up the Geneva operation for this quality food business.
With the responsibility to establish the business to the market, develop the business, recruit, manage and develop the team (operations, sales, kitchen, and logistics) and overall management of the operation these roles would suit experienced food professionals, ideally with good contacts in the Geneva market.
With a solid business in the UK and international reach this role is an instrumental step for the business and can act as a blueprint for future international locations.

What we're looking for
• Quality focus, experience in high-end food environment and refined eye for detail.
• Business management skills - ability and previous experience in running and managing business unit including marketing, sales, finance, human resources and operations.
• Relative food production experience.
• Geneva contact base would be ideal, however candidates with an extensive boutique catering experience will be considered.
• Solid, refined communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to communicate at the highest level.
