About the role:

The positions will be involved with exciting challenge to start up the Geneva operation for this quality food business. With the responsibility to establish the business to the market, develop the business, recruit, manage and develop the team (operations, sales, kitchen, and logistics) and overall management of the operation these roles would suit experienced food professionals, ideally with good contacts in the Geneva market. What we're looking for:

• Quality focus, experience in high-end food environment and refined eye for detail.

• Relative food production experience.
