Gate Gourmet SPICE Centre of Product Innovation & Culinary Excellence in Zurich has organized another workshop on 10-11 April 2008. Participants were updated on the latest trends from each region/unit. New culinary and product innovations which have the potential to be used in other stations were shared among team members. Keynote speaker Michael Pooley gave an update on SPICE activities in Asia and United States. Philippe Cockx, brand manager de Ster, presented topics on new high-class disposable equipment and environmental issues on packaging. Home
