Shanghai – The Paris of the East – welcomed Gate Gourmet’s Division APAC SPICE team for a three day workshop at Gate Gourmet Shanghai’s state of the art facility. The workshop began on March 4th with a one day workshop for some of the Divisions Executive chefs. Mike Pooley (vp ICE) started the day with a dynamic and inspiring overview of the recent SPICE & ICE activities in other parts of the GG network. On March 5th some twenty airline executives joined the SPICE workshop including representatives from Cathay Pacific, Continental Airlines, Kingfisher Airlines, Hong Kong Express, Air China, China Southern, Hainan Airlines were amongst the participants. They were introduced to SPICE by Anders Schultz (director ICE APAC) and to the gategroup by Mr. Pooley. |
