| SPICE came to London to learn from Andy Varma of Vama Indian Room, about spices and special recipes from different regions of India. The morning was spent looking at produce in Borough market. Then onto M&S and Harrods for retail market research, followed by a workshop at Andy's kitchens in Battersea.
