Four finalists took part in the presentation. Preparations for the competition were conducted in the SATS Training Kitchen. The winner was Chef Yoshimitsu Nishio of TFKCorp for his menu presentation of Dome of Roasted Lamb with Asian Spiced Coconut Mousse, baked Hommard Lobster, scented by Horseradish and Chili. Home
