OnBoard Hospitality is the official publication of the International Travel Catering Association, reporting on association news and events and all aspects of the industry worldwide.
It is published five times a year by BMI Publications and circulated to all ITCA members, the industry’s major decision makers and key purchasers of inflight, rail and cruise hospitality services.
We cover extensive topics from on-board food supply to technology, innovations, conference reviews, sustainable issues, events and the movers and shakers within the travel hospitality industry.

About ITCA
ITCA, the International Travel Catering Association, grew out of IFCA which was formed in the United Kingdom in 1980. IFCA was established as a forum and representative body for all companies involved in the inflight service industry.
In 2005 with the formation of ITCA this was opened up to include both the rail and shipping industries as well as inflight. Membership is divided into three categories – caterers, suppliers of products and equipment, and airline/sea/rail operators.
